I'm using Xapo wallet and before fork they sent to users this message via email:
I undertood that the fact they will give us the choice to either withdraw our BCH or convert it to BTC but,today we are 8 august and I still can't see any option to do that.What to do guys?

Seems pretty clear that your only option is to continue to wait until Xapo "deem it safe and sensible" to do something... If you're super anxious to know... have you considered contacting Xapo and asking them?

^ this is for Poloniex. Likewise, you'll have to wait for Xapo to sort their shit out and start crediting their users with BCH.
