Yes a big dump is comming in the next days, because of this incredible pump of the price. it happens with every altcoin, it just increase the price and then dump. It will recover but in a few months or weeks, nobody knows.
better to sell now and take the 5x return for those who bought a few days ago, and invest in another altcoin that are promising right now, like waves.

In my opinion you should not be making decisions based on what others have said. A lot of them are newbies with not a lot of insight/knowledge of how the market works. Another thing is that when Ethereum went from 20$ to 390$ the whole market was on a bull run and not just Ethereum. I think this is a different scenario and NEO is a bit overhyped because of its Chinese origin.
