Polo support actually resolved my problem in several hours. Wondering what's going on if they ignore only some of the users.
Well ... i think the volume of your "activities" on polioniex does matter a lot in this fubar.....
It reminds me about some Banks we have over here in germany ... where you have "officially" different "entry-points" on the website for "Rich Customers" and "not so rich customers".
