Where did you see this? I can not see or find any temporary fundraising from ICO on site. Is there a special way to know this?

40 ETH is the bare bare minimum with which we could develop a working prototype of Shopeo.
It's not at 32 Eth yet. There's only 31.314593296486996904 Eth invested into this project and I think that the minimum for this project will get met though I am pretty sure that there won't be enough funds for this project to make the participants within this bounty to be happy.
Even if the guys that are waiting on the last minute to invest in this project it won't be that much coins because they most likely know that coins like these usually don't last that long. I could be wrong though, I guess that we'll see how this one goes within 4 days.
