It really annoying

I am new to BTC and used to exchange using changelly and it never took more than 5 hours to process.

I did some research and everybody recommends this ShapeShift.

My first attempt to use it and now I am waiting it process my transaction.
I has passed 50 hours already!

I will never use this shapeshift again.

They know the system have problems and still there is no alert on website telling you transaction will take so long to process.

The ticket I opened yesterday has no response.

Please stop recommending this service. It is really bad and unprofessional.
