Urrm, don't mean to be a dick, but it wouldn't be that hard to achieve that speed for that price.. I mean, i'd tell someone where to buy, what to buy and how to put it together, would cost them less, but luckily for you i'm in the U.K 
Yeah. I mean, say you have 4 7950's which could get 2400khs for $1200 and the computer itself for $400. Next thing you know you are at $1600 and you still need to build the thing. At that point, you might as well have me do it
