yeah something like that can be said low liquidity,
in general low liquidity mean is when we make a sell and buy that time,the price will not have a big change.
that mean total coin that traded that time not really high and usually the price is going down.
why i said it's an opportunity ? because the whales trying to surpress it and making the price goes down slowly.
for them who didn't want to lose their money more likely will hold their coin,and only a minorty or i called it weak hands will sell it.
