Sorry this should be the most typically noob question, but I am a newby on DBIX with a low hashrate 60-80Mh/s and I do not know where pool is most recomendable for PPLNS or Proportional

I also have not seen any balance on pool3 during this day at all... what is that due?!!!
Btw, when the inmature balance shows up? after the first 24 Hours?
