i, as well, will continue to buy 1080ti, as they perform NOW.
You can wait your months for vega to be better sure, but ill have volta by xmas or soon after so...  you will still be waiting for your promise i see
NOW , if the bottom tier was 299 USD, they might have something, but for 399 USD and like 300+ watts? pfffft, no amount of undervolt will matter :/
IN fact i may just buy a few 580 8GB when vega drops, for similar ETH performance at 1/2 the price
