I assumed the maintanence on the bter TIPS wallet was due to updating their it to the new chain, If not then i'm sure that when they see support for the new chain they will replace it.

I have come from the Mooncoin revival to work on reviving TIPS. We had a great community who were contributing and were making great progress, however the richlist wanted to be in control of the coin and the dev seemed to become disinterested around the same time. The community broke apart leaving many of us to start other projects- I am currently working on a new coin in development.

Mooncoin wasn't transparent and this lost it alot of support, I am building a community for Tips which I hope will involve all of the longer term supporters, if not, then don't get in our way. The plan is if there isn't a current dev to attract or pay for one, as was the case with RDD, PINK, MOON, and HTML. 

My role in this is a community manager and that is as far as it goes.
