I accept this loan, depending on what "Good altcoins" means. If they are stable, and if the value of the collateral is higher rhan 0.24 BTC it's good.
Please tell me which altcoins so I can give you addresses to send the collateral to.
I think that this "borrower" don't have any Alt coins to offer as Collateral but is the reason that he wants that Loan.

Yeah that's a bit twisted but right. But in the end, what matters to me is what I understand, not what the borrower meant.
If the reason for this loan is to get good altcoins, it means he didn't read my OP carefully, therefore it will be denied.
Since he's a newbie with 5 posts, I will send 0.2BTC away ONLY if I received collateral prior to that (or an escrow received the collateral).
