Polo support actually resolved my problem in several hours. Wondering what's going on if they ignore only some of the users.

Over 3 weeks now, and they didn't pay my money yet.
They are ignoring people from outside US who can't sue them for not sending their money. Like me. Almost a month processing withdraw, not sending my SC, though they verified my account to level 2.
