this looks like a very dangerous job, my friend! you can damage antminer l3+ because it looks like the temperature is above what it should be but it has been a beautiful post 
My L3+ chains run at 60c,61c,60c,61c at stock speeds with fan on auto. 51c if manually setting fan to 100%.
