Maybe this is too big supply as per question it seems he is asking about is there any chance to get reduce the supply by increasing the price of token like if price will be $0.1 than it will cut off 10x.
There are a lot of coins / token with the same supply.
But this is a total supply.. not the circulating supply (mostly not all tokens are sold)
100% of the tokens will be issued during the token sale, according to the whitepaper.
I don't think it will happen..
Even tezos didn't sold all tokens.
Tezos had more than $230M hard cap...Cindicator has $15M hard cap.
If your information is correct hard cap is only $ 15m I think it is not too difficult to be in can and I am sure this project will get more than that
