Been monitoring etherscan for a while for VERI and PPT and saw that the No. 2 holder of PPT (wallet amount of approximately $21.5MM) has accumulated around 4000k VERI over the last 6 days.  Obviously the price is being pushed down in order for HNW individuals to accumulate more VERI.
