It's getting harder and harder. Even LocalBitcoins traders are asking for ID now. I believe that you can still buy bitcoins from ATMs without providing any ID (you may want to cover your face in front of the ATM for additional privacy
)... other than that, options are limited. A month ago, you would have been able to exchange P2P for a BTC-e code, but that's not possible anymore, either. The wild west times are definitely over and regulation is kicking in fast.
