Intuitively, it doesn't really feel like people in Monaco would start using crypto currency very soon. I would rather think it is the last place that adopts crypto. Why would you think another way?
I understand your remark, but MonacoCoin Projet is start 6 month ago with french team (live at monaco and near) and many people is interesting about crypto money, but i understand for bigineer crypto money is really science fiction and a large part of MonacoCoin projet is inform what is crypto money in first and what I can do with.
