Is the PPP video bounty going to be based on STAKES or is it a flat PPP per video submitted.
If I am going to put in 15 hours of work to produce 3 videos that qualify for the highest tier reward its not really worth my time...

Hi there. Video bounties will be paid in flat PPP, not stakes. This means that If you produce 3 high quality videos as you say you will, you will get 1500 PPP for each, so 4500 PPP in total. That equals to 4.95 ETH, which would get you 1,485 USD in today's price, so if you spend 15 hours producing the videos that would get you 100 USD per hour of work. Thanks.
So what is going to be done with the remaining videos? There is no way in hell you are going to get people to produce enough videos to use all those tokens.
Seriously reconsidering participating in this bounty. Doing flat rate is stupid. Need to SERIOUSLY discuss with the founders and see if they can change the way to stakes, because 999999/1000000 bounties do stakes...
