How is that NEO better than IOTA? 
It's just on more exchanges then IOTA yet.
How is an apple better than a pear?
With good research a few weeks ago you would not ask why NEO is in the top ten. And NEO is also not on many exchanges so far...
Both coins are great and will stay in top 10.
And the market cap is similar by the way.
