I doubt anyone will actually donate - so perhaps a fraction of every PoW and PoS reward should be used for a development fund!

The Ask orders on Bittrex are 685895.579 BTA
The last time @pc888 transferred BTA from his wallet was 6 days ago and that was only 3803 BTA.. do the math!
