has anyone got any response back from Canaan? Their last answer to my ticket was 3 days ago, no feedback anymore since then
I just got a message back after a week of waiting with an address and exchange rate which was very close to the coinbase exchange rate. So happy the exchange rate was fair, but not so happy about the time it took. I hope they get my shipment out today
