the HEADACHE/time consumption of constantly having shit break down becomes ridiculous, and guess what? most retailers get preeeety tired of your RMAs, and will blacklist you from doing it

It depends on what you count as "many cards". I've only been mining for the last two years though. The retailers can't "blacklist" me because they have to follow the law. They wouldn't want to go out of business, you see.
