NEO could go either way, but because of being backed by China, I feel it could raise much higher than 50.
If you think that way, think again. Why would even the Chinese pump this coin? The answer is very simple, for profit. The probability of them selling their holdings soon on NEO is way too high so there will be a dump. On the other hand, stratis is quite underpriced in my opinion and has a lot more potential to grow than any of those three that are mentioned.
