This is probably due to quite big transactions fees. I Don't know if there is anything else that might make block value larger then 25.
Yes, there was a
transaction with 3.2 BTC of fees in the block.
The first block that had a value of 25 btc actually ended up paying out like 38btc. There were that many fees. Ask Laughingbear, he's the one that found it (mining on slush).
That is definitely unusual though to have that many fees on a block, they ran 'em up on purpose as a reward to the miner, or pool, who found the 210,000th block.
