Of course that's for SHA-256 but as Bitmain has shown if you can design ASICs for Bitcoin you can make them for Scrypt and X11 too.
Bitmain has also shown that they can take down pretty much any competitor... thus their near-monopoly in all things mining.
In other words, I'll believe it when I see it. I'd like to see some honest competition against Bitmain but I'm not holding my breath.
