If you are having an issue with a disabled account, please make sure you have a ticket in. You can go to https://support.bittrex.com and click "Submit Request".  Please make sure to use the disabled account drop down as this will get you the fastest support.

Please be aware that over the last week we have had an enormous amount of growth and are currently training many new agents to help provide faster support.  These new agents are coming online daily and will help us get back to the support we want our customers to have and the support we would want if we were customers.  Training may take some time but rest assured we are addressing the issue as fast as possible.
