overpriced junk , same price as 1080 Ti , +50% power usage , gets destroyed in both games and mining

even 499 is generous for that card  ,  699 is nuts

For gaming is good. If I was a gamer then I would take VEGA x all except 1080 TI. I'm very proud of AMD, finally they launched a gaming card, now gamers can buy VEGA for $399 and be happy cause there is only gtx 1080 ti better than it.

Does anyone think it's possible that AMD wrote into the latest driver a throttling factor for mining just for the launch in order to give gamers some 'breathing room' on launch.  This might explain the divergent rumours earlier on (older drivers) with current findings today.  Especially with the blower style cooler, be curious to see what AIB partners do for cooling and if hash get's better with 'update'

 Huh Huh Huh

If this was the case then we would have seen vega doing 70Mh/s with older drivers. We did not see up until now nowhere near 42 mh/s with any driver or bios.

You trolls were badly hyped by ebay scammers hehe and many of you trolls bought VEGA from them for just $1200 hehe, your 100mh/s got so many memory errors at hwinfo that is now mining at 32mh/s hehe

AMD dont focus on mining, they need to sell to gaming people ...
AMD gona keep a eyes on the mining future but for moment "he" dont believe on long term

"Relative to cryptocurrency, we have seen some elevated demand. But it's important to say we didn't have cryptocurrency in our forecast, and we're not looking at it as a long-term growth driver. But we'll certainly continue to watch the developments around the Blockchain technologies as they go forward."
