Thanks everyone for explaining. I just transferred my NEO off Bittrex and put it in a Neon wallet. It will give me gas now

from what I understand GAS is like nitrous-oxide in a street car
eventually it runs out and the engine in the street car runs like standard.
Seems like GAS is a kickstarter to get people interested in the technology
and to boost trading short term...
