Looks good but having a cap on POS reward will just force people to operate multiple wallets each at cap to maximize profits no?
It would be the same as leaving all of your coins in a single wallet to stake. With multiple wallets the coins need to be split up, leaving you will relatively low stake weight on the network for each wallet. While a single wallet with more stake weight will find more blocks. It should be fairly even either way.
