I think there is only two group buys which have over 300 pieces ordered, this and the German one. First batch is going to be 10,000 pieces. I see no reason to rush it especially when in a post made 4th May Friedcat said there is going to be a lead time of 15-20 days, so anythink isn't going to get shipped out before 19th May.
You're assuming there aren't non-group purchases being made? Group buys are for individuals. Retailers and ebay marketers may have made other orders.
I don't assume anything. I just pointed out a fact that I have noticed by following all the group buy threads I have found.
With all this ranting about too high price, do you assume there are many retailers and ebay marketers taking a risk making orders for ~34000 USD?
if everyone just goes a head and pays now we have no issues. im all for getting the order in early but i also understand people arent on the forums everyday.
Let the timer run out, at that point only accept new orders which can pay at the same time as the order is made. If we have guaranteed funding for 300 i dont think friedcat
will have any issues securing our place in the queue.
bottom line is we can only order those that are paid for... get your moneys in! (honestly im impressed with how smoothly this group buy is going compared to others i've witnessed.
