I've did some ICOs in the past and usually they don't accept payments from exchanges directly.You better transfer funds to yourself and send from your wallet. Worked for me everytime (so far I've done only ETH-based ICOs)

Thanks Cryptic, and thanks guys.  Will transfer NEO to Wallet for RPX ICO. Is anyone else thinking about getting in? First ICO on NEO, should be a good one..don't see it failing considering who it's backed by.  Thoughts?

I'm going to invest a few NEO in this ICO, it looks good.
I signed up for the pre-sale lottery only to notice later that you have to put in 10,000USD - a bit too rich for me - here's the first time I'm hoping I don't win the lottery Smiley
