If they can manage to get some actual fiat withdrawal options like this, maybe fiat markets are still possible. No one will trade on them, though, until it's clear that the fiat is flowing. As long as the money is flowing to some extent, some confidence could return regarding the premium paid to escape BTC-E fiat obligations. I wonder if they will still have their BTC-E code economy?
