Say that nitrogen does give out the BCC(I don't believe they will but let's go with it), with the split having happened two weeks ago, how would they calculate what to pay out? Would they have to go back to August first an see what everyone's balance was at that time? What would happen if, at the time they pick you had an open wager? Would they count that in the balance?
Ryan made a snapshot of players' balances on bustabit before the fork and NS had the ability to do the same. As for open wagers, one could consider the BCC void given that the bet was a voluntary decision and the players knew that a fork was coming. I think it's pretty clear-cut.
