I helped MinerTopia work out the issue and received my payments.

It still is not giving me my payments.

It reflects them being issued, but that's the last I see of those coins.

What do you mean "And back and forth" ? Are you sending coins to your pool wallet or something?

Minertopia doesn't even give me a payment TXID for any of the "issued payments".

I can take screenshots of what the pool looks like, along with my miner, if that really matters.

I have only received one payment of 0.05. which took place over night while over 1k coins were mined.

I am doing my best to get it resolved and I will.

Doing your best to resolve what? I assumed earlier when you told me "The pool is back online, etc, etc..." that you implied it was fixed.

So are you aware the pool is not paying people?
What are you fixing?

If you can do a better job by all means be my guest otherwise chill and I will get it sorted this isn't my first rodeo here and we have other pools we also maintain. If these shit coin actually we're maintained by their so called Dev team things would work. Until then your funds aren't going anywhere and I would appreciate cutting the fud out. If you really want I will gladly close BLAS pool down and continue on other projects that actually are worth my time.
