Bill Gates stated that the Bitcoin is the future and that it is better than currency. Would you assume that his statement (as one of the many reasons) added value on Bitcoin which made it stronger and more stable in the system? 
Yes. Bill Gates is on point. Bitcoin has an unstoppable meteoric rise since the fork and this has proven that we're now living the future. We now have a stronger currency. It seems experimental but guess what, we're going in the right direction. Bitcoin rocks! Bitcoin rules!
