There are still miners from the October batch on eastshore. They seem legitimate enough, and you can purchase from the October batch for close to retail.
The only thing more insane than prepaying a manufacturer is prepaying a reseller that's prepaid the manufacturer. 
It's no fun (and an even greater financial loss to you) when your order gets backordered because his order got backordered. 
I've never ordered from them but I've heard only good things. I'm assuming they only sell what they have pre-ordered, as earlier batches of the S9 are sold out on their site, yet there are still S9's available from the later October batch for sale on their website. What do you think, do you have any experience with them?
