Its a utility token. You have to use the token on the platform and there is a fixed supply. Thats the benefit. More people use it, demand goes up, supply stays the same. No fee sharing structure.

5.5 PROPY REGISTRY FEE USAGE
The PROs paid for the Registry Fees would be distributed as follows: 1/3 would
be distributed to the company and 2/3 would be added to the Network Growth
Pool (as defined in section 5.6).
