I am running the NEO Web wallet.
I can see gas being generated. However, I cannot claim it (running for few days now). How does it take for the gaz to be available/mature?

The GAS is being constantly generated when allocated to a certain wallet, but to claim it you basically need to interrupt that GAS generation cycle which you can do by sending your NEO (most of the time this means all your NEO) from your public wallet address to your public address. So you basically send your NEO to yourself. This does not cost anything, but when you have done so your GAS will be available to be claimed (or in certain instances) it is added automatically to your balance total. If I am not mistaken the Neon Light Wallet has the ability to claim it with the press of a button. Personally I only claim the GAS when I would want to use it for something. Generated GAS (whether claimed or unclaimed) cannot ever expire and it is being generated just as quickly regardless of whether it is claimed often or not.

Would you have any reference for bittrex awarding GAS to NEO holders? Any link please? Or is it just speculation?
One more question. What is the minimum amount of GAS which can be claimed?
