I think the most successful ICO was pillar. It was 60hours ICO but accumulate to have a big fund on their crowdsale. but now it is below the ICO price but hopefully it will come up.
an ico with no concrete plan and looking for volunteers to code and come up with ideas? lol. Think that money is being spent mainly by the founder traveling imho
plus they can't explain how their token has any value and may not even care (based on comments from one of their project managers)
