Regarding Storm: Storm describes themselves as something for "gamified micro-tasks". So they are not really competitors of BLOCKLANCER, because Blocklancer is dedicated to the whole freelancing market. Moreover BLOCKLANCER solves multiple problems of freelancing on the web, like guaranteed payment, a trustworthy reputation system and dispute settlement and much more. If Storm is solving anything like that is unclear, because there is even no whitepaper around of them BLOCKLANCER had a whitepaper from the first day on and we are already working on publishing a demo-version of the platform.
