Honest question.
Why would they provide coins for bounty, BEFORE providing them to the actual investors. (Those who actually spent money to make this happen.)
Seems significantly counter-intuitive.
Thoughts?
We accrued coins for investors then for bounty participants.
If you did not receive the coins from ICO write your problem in PM and we will fix it.
