I bought some NEO when it was $5, it's by far the best coin I've ever bought :-) Well, I should have bought more than 10 of it 
I'm also kicking myself for not buying more at that price. I thought it would be better to diversify but sometimes, you should just go with the gut feeling and go all in rather than put coins into other investments that are currently flat-lining
I was lucky enough to buy few hundreds of them at $8.5 a day before it started moving up. I can understand your frustration for not buying enough Neo. That happened to me with OmigeGo. I have been watching it since $3.3 and kept watching until it reached today at $8.64. All this time i thought price would drop and i could buy some and never happened.
