I really hope that PROPY project will get back on it's feet soon. I was interested in it for a long time, and I think that its platform may borrow some improvements from ICOs that went more smoothly, for example REcoin.
Lol there is no problem with the project or the ICO. There was just a little delay in crediting some tokens but nice plug for a competitive project.
I guess due to the ICO structure they decided to implement (orderbook) was a bit confusing to people and unfamiliar way to deposit, plus there was a eth network issue, but in general they try very hard, and hopefully all statistics will be updated and all investors will get their tokens.
