Just a little delay?   Man, the team should hire you to calm down the hundreds of frustrated and angry investors who tried for hours to get their crypto into PRO. I waited 9 frikin hours for the ETH to show up on their platform "orderbook". people completely lost with what they had to do, no one from team around for hours and when someone showed up they gave contradictory and confusing information making it all even worse. There's people still waiting for their TX to confirm a day later. I got my PRO after 12 hours and the bonus had been reduced to 10% for me and the 99% of people who sent TX within the first hour. I'm going to cut them some slack bc yesterday was the day the ethereum network saw most TX in it's history but the lack of team support and bad info was something to behold. Luckily the people who were round there on slack all day, investors and curious people helped each other out and tried to calm down angry folks...

The absolute worst ICO I've seen in terms of support for investors. I'm still waiting for my 15% bonus to get updated after slack conversations and emails, they told us 72 hours, ok..let's wait and see. But holy mother of god get some support staff or something. Dr Charles for example...
