Rise is slowly going up again and will go to MOON. I see a huge development since last year and i think that RISE will be on top 10 someday maybe ranging the price with ARK or SHIFT.
Top 10 is a far stretched dream as there are so many coins with innovative ideas there to occupy that spot. Realistically I would aim for top 50 or so
