This is a false scam accusation.
I've worked with the WCX team on many of their bounty projects and Skyped with their members, as have many people in the original thread. The WCX team have delivered on everything promised so far.
Team member identities have not been revealed yet for security reasons (as private key holders), this is discussed very logically and at length in the thread - please take the time to read it.
The Beta exchange is set to launch on Sep 1. At least wait for that before making a false accusation.
