Here in Germany, the biggest food-delivery "Lieferando" has already accepted Bitcoin as a Payment method. Does something like this also exist in your country and would you use it? 
I knew no place accepts bitcoin where I live but just in case I googled it again and unfortunately I was right. But hopefully the situation will change for better in the nearest future. At least we already have bitcoin ATMs.
Although I don't order food normally, if there was a food-delivery accepting BTC I would order from them definitely at least once.
