The TOR network is very slow. My speed through TOR drops to 0.5-3.5 Mbit / s (average 1.5 Mbit / s), ping 300-400ms. Will this speed be enough?
Also, TOR constantly changes the IP.
You confuse work in the TOR network (accessing the Internet for the user through the proxy chain) and work the TOR operation in server mode.
These are different possibilities and different speeds.
