good advice; I turned the fan up to 100% and underclocked the memory as you suggested which gave me an increase of an average 5 Mh/s & the temp. dropped about 4C. thanks!! 
Your welcome, you'll pick these things up over time, I had never overclocked anything until doing mining and some people make it out to be some scary process but ultimately if your not messing around with voltage you should be able to push things further and further
