These fees will be spread to all stakers. Unlike other projects where they have marketing gimmicks like Master Nodes here anyone that has weight gets a more chances to make extra IOC/GAS/ (More Coins).

Just regarding this section, will the GAS you mention here be a separate asset that you can hold, as is the case with NEO? Or will it simply be a fraction of IOC?
